At InboxTor, we offer digital marketing services and non-tangible digital products. Because our services are delivered electronically and tailored to each client, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense (as with physical goods).

However, we believe in building trust with our clients. Here’s how we handle return-related concerns:

As our services are digital:

  • No physical product is shipped, and therefore nothing can be physically returned.

  • Once a service has been initiated (e.g. content creation, ad setup, strategy planning), it is non-returnable.

If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchased service:

  • You may request modifications or revisions (based on your package).

  • We are committed to working with you until the agreed deliverables meet expectations.


❌ Non-Returnable Services

  • Social media content once delivered

  • Paid ads once launched or scheduled

  • Strategy documents or reports

  • Subscription-based services after access is granted
